Hannah has been in the business of food for more than 30 years. Starting with professional culinary training at 20. It is her passion for great food, meaningful relationships, and the sense of community created around a table keeps her cooking.

We are fortunate to live here in the Kootenays, an area abundant in amazing local growers and makers. We believe that cooking with these fresh, local ingredients not only enhances our community but simply tastes better.
