Hannah has been in the business of food for more than 30 years. Starting with professional culinary training at 20, it is a passion for great food, meaningful relationships, and for the sense of community created around a table which keeps her cooking.

We are fortunate to live here in the Kootenays, in an area of bounty when it comes to amazing ingredients. We believe that cooking local just tastes better. Good for our senses, good for our health, good for our community and good for our souls!
